With a standard paper capacity of a useful 250 A4 sheets, the FAX1140L/1180L keep paper refills to a minimum. Both devices have a memory capacity of 125 pages and offer unlimited backup, eliminating the risk of information loss in the event of a power failure.
Increasing the user’s productivity, the FAX1140L/1180L print incoming faxes at 16 pages per minute. Outgoing faxes are scanned in less than 4.5 seconds per standard A4 page and transmitted in a mere 2.5 seconds. A plus in busy conditions is the Dual Access capability, which allows for simultaneous fax receipt while printing. Using a single scan, faxes can be transmitted to a group of receivers. To speed up the user’s workflow even more, the handy ADF takes up to 50 sheets in one pass. With 20/40 one touch quick dials and 250 speed dials, capabilities are generous.
The simplified, intuitive operation panel and programmable function keys make use uncomplicated. Thanks to full front accessibility, replacing toner is just as easy: users simply need to pull out the all-in-one cartridge and slide in a new one.
