The new Aficio™MP C3500 and Aficio™MP C4500 are designed to meet professional office needs in terms of workgroup functionality and productivity, quality and cost.
The Aficio™ MP C3500 prints and copies at 35 ppm, both in full colour and black and white, while the MP C4500 tops 45 ppm in black and white and 40 ppm in full colour. Both models use a high speed scanner supporting speeds of 63 ppm in black and white and 38 ppm in full colour. Combined with unmatched first output speeds from 3.9 to 8.0 seconds, these systems are undoubtedly among the most productive colour MFPs appearing on the market.

A novelty on Ricoh’s new models is the full colour display with animated user guidance, making operation highly efficient for multiple-user environments. Furthermore sophisticated print jobs such as marketing collateral can be produced in-house. Both devices handle media up to 256 g/m², as well as staple, punch and collate up to 3,000 sheets. Additionally, a wide array of finishing options, including automatic folding and saddle stitching of booklets, eliminates the need for outsourcing.
Document management and distribution is made easy. Archiving, retrieving or distributing documents takes only seconds. Scanning a document directly to a web server or a recipient's e-mail address are just a few of the many possibilities together with a broad range of fax distribution functions.
The Aficio™MP C3500 and MP C4500 are outfitted with the latest security technologies including password protection and automatic erasure of temporary data on the Hard Disk Drive.
